Paid up letters

I have been calling Absa since the 02 of Dec 2024, I have spoken to several consultants, but it seems as if I am not winning with my query as I am given all kind of unexisting numbers, to number that ring nonstop. Absa I just need my vehicle finance paid up letter and my credit card. I have used over R200 airtime for this request calling and with other companies I got my paid-up letters within 5 mins but with Absa, its more than 4 days and nothing in my email. You need another strategy now to improve service.
