Paid up letters

Good day,

I am under debt review and I require my paid up letters for my credit card and personal loan account. It has all been paid up however it has been a few weeks now and no one is able to assist me!! My mails are just being ignored, even my debt company is being ignored if they request it. I need the letters urgently so I can be taken off debt review. Then ABSA tells me I have to go into the branch to close the accounts before the letters can be provided, why cannot I just close the accounts on the phone!! This is unacceptable and I expect those accounts to be closed today and my paid up letters be provided today!!!
