Paid up letter impossible to get

<p>I have been trying for weeks and months to get a paid up letter for an old personal loan account. I've tried customer care, Absa loans and have been to the branch who told me there is nothing in the archives. No one at Absa can give me a letter that my loan has been paid up years ago. And this is needed by my debt councellor to clear my name. </p> <p>So in other words I hace to stay black listed the rest of my life because Absa cannot five me any written confirmation that this account was paid up.</p>
