Paid up letter and closure

<p>I still have nt had my paid up letter from ABSA, all i keep getting is calls from Brookes Atterneys. The last call I gt todat was a total harrisment. The guy told me they will not close my account when I told him I dont feel comfortable giving my I,D number over the line he got upset told me that he'll get into trouble and my account will not be closed.</p> <p>How the **** can it not be closed after making a payment 6 weeks ago? How come I still have not recieved a paid up letter from Vrgin card and ABSA card confirmint the accounts have been paid up?</p> <p>Should this be in your terms and conditions please forward it to me before i go the aubadsman.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
