PAID UP LETTER

Hello Peter I had pending overdraft that I was supposed to pay from my check account. Because of financial constraints I could not pay on time. This year I started to pay it up, nothing pending. I then wrote an email to ABSA to assist me with a paid up letter. It is over a month since I have been waiting and given the same response when I do a follow. "The consultant will follow up and call you" but to no avail
