Paid up letter

Absa has promised a paid up letter, but I am yet to receive this. This has been months after I paid all outstanding monies.

Send my paid up letter as you guys are always quick to send reminders on outstanding debt but so slow to provide service.

Surprise surprise! I received a mail stating the paid up letter to be attached, only it wasnt...that was probably because the mail was addressed to Miss Maponya which i am not!! Still waiting ABSA!!
