Paid Up Letter

<p>Today i called absa collection division asking them to send me a paid up letter of my credit account as well as the letter indicating that i have closed the account. unfortunantely i was told that i have to wait 3 to 4 working days before i can receive the letter but i desperately needed the letter as in yesterday. can anyone please look into this matter and help me receive the letter today.
