Paid up letter

During last year 2015, i was notified by Lucid , that i was in arrears at ABSA, for a revolving loan of R30 000. At the time I was looking to obtain a home loan. i contacted Absa for a paid up letter, because I paid this account up in 2013 already, and they did not bother to update their system. With every telephone call i made, no assistance was given to me. Eventually, a consultant advised me to rather send in an email, which i have done on 8 February 2016, to which Tyneile Van Der Byl responded on 12 February 2016. She sent an email to \ productsltrs\" requesting them to send me a pai letter as my account has been closed. I have been following up since then, and to date, 5 weeks later, still no letter. Tyneile does not respond to my follow up emails, and provides no feedback what so ever. then on 15 March 2016, i emailed Olivia Baker, who is apparently Tyneile's manager, for feedback, and guess what, no one bothered to respond. <br> I can guarentee, that if i owed Absa money, the would definately do their follow ups and be calling me everyday. It is not rocket science, to do a paid up letter, why am i not getting it??? I need this urgently , as in NOW "
