PAID UP ACCOUNT NOT UPDATED ON CREDIT BUREAUS

good day. my wife and i had loan with absa which transferred to macrobert attorneys. we came to an agreement and they offered 50% discount which i settled 25/11/2014. they sent me a paid up letter and i was under impression account was paid up and closed. now i request a kudough report and see that only xds has it updated and not transunion and experian. i have logged queries respectively.<br> <br> i just need to know if absa has this matter closed and would like full confirmation sent to me. this is affecting my well being and cannot do anything credit wise due to this.<br> i cannot get hold of anyone telephonically to assist.
