Paid up

ABSA is fast to hand you over, but when time comes for them to give you a paid up letter,..... YOU HAVE TO WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT SOME MORE,.....my account was paid up and after I made calls asking for the letter, now no one can assist me,..i had to make calls from my cell phone,...and i had to pay that bill,....now,...i dont have my paid up letter,....I WANT MY LETTER TODAY.....DELIVERED TO ME!!!
