Paid Short ??

Absa Credit Card was paid up a year ago, put a complaint in, got a response and they paid out.<br> BUT now the problem is they short paid....<br> <br> According to the detailed statement that was sent to me, January 2014 was the last payment then the account balance was 0.00.<br> <br> You have only paid my money back from April 2014 up to May 2015.<br> <br> So where is my money back for February and March 2014 ?<br> AND also for June 2015, if you go look on your system, payment was received for June ??<br> <br> What is Bad Debt Recovery that you charged the account for, even though the account was already paid up ??<br> Does not make sense.
