Paid in full credit card but Absa dont want to close account!!

<p>My Wife has recently paid in full her absa credit card and on numerous occasion called in to the call centre to close the account and many times been told a consultant will call her back,we are now at a level of anger that this bank and people are such idiots that they cannot understand that we dont want to bank with them no more...i suggest some one resp today or this is going to get ugly...</p>
