Paid but still receive messages of non payment

I made a payment of R9550 on 28 April 2021 to Absa Vehicle Finance, I sent proof of payment to them and asked if the funds is reflecting. I still have not received feedback from them. All I receive is feedback of non payment. For one of the major banks in the country I am disappointed with the service I have received from them.
