Overseas. Want to close accounts. No response.

I am posting this request on here because my previous emails don't get a response: <br> I basically just want an email address of 1 person at ABSA who I can CC in on all my future correspondence until below is resolved: <br> <br> <br> For my CHQ ACC I'm paying R145 a month management fees and I am not using it. So my account balance drops by about R1700 a year. <br> I see the Flexi Value Bundle ACC is only R55 a month. <br> *Please either drop my CHQ ACC fees to R55 a month - or close my CHQ ACC and give me a Flexi Value Bundle ACC instead. <br> ALSO - Please close my credit card account immediately.<br> <br> Please tell me what I must provide to execute what is stated above. I am overseas for the next 2-3 years. I will have to EMAIL you the documents you require. <br> <br> 1 question - Can I shop online with the Flexi Value Bundle account? (shopping on AMAZON etc.)<br> <br>
