Overseas - One time pin

I'm so angry at ABSA, the bank I'm suppose to rely on... I'm currently in Europe and never thought that I will have to use my credit card here. The problem I encounter was that I need a one time pin in order to do any purchases online and because I have a Irish number, its impossible to get that one time pin. I contacted ABSA, but they shunted me around to different departments, making me email passport and all necessary documents to make this successful. Yet, nothing was as I was told they can't do this for me. I have also mentioned to them that the transaction is is urgent...but they did not care and only reply to emails couple of days later... I hope that this will get ABSA attention to resolve this matter within today. I'm their client so many years. I can be contacted via email.... *** +***
