Overpaid credit card - Account closed

Good day<br> <br> I overpaid my credit card and to date nobody has been able to assist me with the repayment of the overpayment. When ABSA wants their money they will find you and get it out of you, however when they sitting with a couple of hundred rands in their favour, they do not help to repay the client their own money. As I was not receiving any statements nor in possession of a card (as the account was closed), I had no track of how much was paid until my wife noticed the account linked to her ABSA account.<br> <br> I would like my money back thanks!!!!!!
