Overdraft made unavailable without prior notice

Today I received a phone call from an ABSA consultant saying he wanted to chat about our overdraft facility on our business Account. We have been struggling financially the last few months so the account has been in a terrible state. We had been communicating with the bank. Today we are told that our overdraft is not active. No warning, no communication. And today is the day where after months we finally had income coming in. Now the money has reflected and we can't access any of it. How can we run our business now and pay staff, materials etc. I am sorry but ABSA needs to give us a fair warning they can't just call and tell us on a Friday afternoon. We could have made other arrangements. For 14 years we have a great credit record until the Covid hit. Give small businesses a break. We have been loyal customers for years. You can't treat us like this, you will cause us to close our doors. Please can someone contact us as a matter of urgency. We need access to our facility so we can continue to operate. Account number ***. Cell number ***
