Firstly Daya lured me from Nedbank to join Absa after stating that I was getting a raw deal at my current bank. Although my credit record had an impact in terms of my needs, he went all out of his way to ensure that at least my needs were met,of cause not as per my initial request. However, he treated me like a valued customer and understood the predicament of my situation. It's people like Daya that should serve the country because he is not only interested in sales but customer satisfaction is a key.He took my concerns as his, showed empathy and acted.Looking forward to a long term relationship with ABSA and through his assistance I hope my financial crisis will be resolved.
