overdraft decrease
I have been to the phoenix branch to decrease my overdraft by R1000 but to my surprise the branch doesn't have that option. its been 2 day and I had no satisfaction from ABSA PHOENIX. I had to go the extra mile and speak to the branch manager and still I am waiting. It is surprising that a Bank as big as ABSA can increase but not decrease. STANDARD BANK has that option on the ATM. I know cause my wife has an overdraft at STANDARD BANK.
