overdraft decllined

Good day i app**** for an increase by 2000r in my overdraft facility and was declined due to insufficient funds firstly if you went through my statement you would see i do have enough funds and i get board from a tenant and i clear R36000 i am so frustrated that you cant help me , i thought banks are suppose to help their clients out and im only asking for 2000.00
