Overdraft

Good Morning

Hope all is well in this difficlut times, I really do need you help.We did apply for an overdraft facility in April online.On the 15th of April we did get an emal from Sylivia Francis stating it has been approved with a monthly reduction of x amount. We did agree and from there it is a struggle.We did signs the forms more than once,every time there has been a mistake.The last we did submit on the 2nd of June with an answer that it will be pushed to be loaded.Our banker in Rustenburg did follow up on it the 09th June with the following reply from Sylvia,her direct manager was also cc Sphephile Zungu Confirmation that docs were received on the 03 June I have send it to product for pay out and have checked it last week it was claimed.Only waiting for the overdraft to be loaded.

Please confirm how long does it take Absa to load an overdraft? This is not to cause any problems,but I don't know were to go for assistance.All that I am getting is empty promises
