Overdraft
On Monday I called absa bank to increase my overdraft I received an and sums saying provisionally approved and they gave me this ref *** then they informed me that it will take 3 working days and today is Friday I haven't receive feedback. i called them 2 hours ago they told me they will get back to me within 30 minutes but they never did what a pathetic service
