Overcharging of Interest on Loan account

In or about 2002 ABSA discussed with me the sale of commercial property which they were in possession of. We agreed terms to acquire the property and ABSA agreed to offer finance of R10,500,000 at an interest rate of prime less 1.5 per cent.
Loan repayments and interest were taken by debit order from my company's account. All debits were met and the account was conducted perfectly. However, after a few years ABSA increased the interest rate from Prime minus 1.5 to Prime. No written or other notice or reason was given of their intention to make such a change. Furthermore, in 2010 the interest rate was further increased to Prime plus 3.
Despite bringing this matter in person to Maria Ramos, Michael Mortimer and Leon Steunenberg, ABSA Bank will only settle a fraction of the amount overcharged.
Although ABSA is aware of this dispute, they continue to debit my companies account by excessive amounts.
