overcharged interest - dont bank with absa

<p>i app**** for debt review in 2010. it took absa 1 day to hand me over to Norlam for collection. according to my debt counsellor i am paid up. when i contacted absa to ask for a paid up letter i was told to contact Norlam attorney's. i did and was told there is an outstanding amount. They sent me a settlemet letter, in it stating i was charge 15% interest which is against the law as i have a court order stating they can only charge me 13%. i have contacted absa and norlam asking for them to relook and refund me as they have been charging the wrong interest for the last 6 years. i do not want to wait 2 or 3 or 10 working days. it takes you one day when you want something. you can contact Norlam and ask them for a copy of the letter sent to me and the calculation based on 15% interest. the ref no is VA093055. i would like to be refunded and get my paid up letter please. Can you also check that i was not overcharged on my other account which i received a settlement for today, ref no ********** 7 from your debt review dept (my last payment then i am debt free). I have also asked Debtbusters to report you to the NCR</p>
