overcharged bank charges

I opened a cheque account with my bank sometime last year and I told the consultant whom assisted me that I want a value bundle of whereby I would only be charged seventy nine rand per month but every month it gets taken off I been to the branch 3 to 4 times to rectify it and every month have to pay over five hundred rand in bank charges.if they cannot rectify it I want my money back and to be refunded and I would like to close my cheque account
