overcharged admin costs
I was wrongly charged for an apparent overdrawn account and when I inquired no one was able to explain how that happend. My my account was never over drawn at an point. This is really annoying because now I have to take time off work to follow up on their supposed errors. This is really dubious and someone must account for this!
