OVERCHARGE BY R41283.74 ON MY ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE
I have finally settled my Absa vehicle finance account, however, after reviewing the statement I noticed that the account was in fact overcharged by R41283.74! When contacting Absa for assistance I was redirected to over 8 consultants who could not figure out why I was overcharged & did state that there is a refund due - Vehicle Description; 2013 Polo Vivo valued at the time valued for R143475.00, to date I have been charged R274136.00! The consultant said they would email me regarding my refund, currently I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for some feedback. Unbelievable
