Overall Bad Customer Experience

Dreadful and despicable experience from ABSA. A bank I have been with you since 2001, that makes it 20 Years NOW. I have had Vehicle Accounts, and now till active; Home Loans Accounts, Saving Accounts, Investment Accounts and my Main Banking done with ABSA. But to be treated in such odious and inhospitable conduct is really appalling. Were for the same application for Homeloans, I have been successful with the other 3 Major Banks, whom I don’t bank with is really shocking. Worse of all, I am a Private Banking Client and this too does not help, as I have not received any Joy and satisfaction through this services. It is for this reason I will leave this Bank, and I will encourage all close to me and others to do the same. Please Go where you will be treated with the utmost respect as a client.
