Over promise Under deliver

<p>I opened a cheque account in March 2017 and was promised a free holiday valid for 1 year.</p> <p>I received an email stating to select the places that I would like to go to.</p> <p>Email was submitted and when i called to confirm my booking, was infrmed that I was supposed to respond by the 17th of May to qualify and I no longer qualify for the holiday.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not promise customers and not deliver.</p> <p>Absolutely disappointed..........</p>
