Over drafted that I was not informed about

The ABSA bank BARA brach they offer change my account for less charges they I am a lot what was not mentioned to is that it has an overdraft last month i realised that my account has a -2000 balance then I went to protea branch to inquire they asked me not lay complaint it will be sorted out this month same thing I have-600 and something and the person who opened this account no longer work at the BARA brach she is working at head office BOTlALI I won't be paying money I don't know and I was not informed about it.
