Over draft cancelled without being informed .

I have been banking with ABSA since 2013, in 2017 September I was offered an overdraft by the bank of R 8500 via my ABSA app. I was to to send my payslips thru which I did and it was activated. I have been enjoying the the overdraft facility since last year till my nightmare started this month . I had utilised my overdraft last in May and I got my Salary end of June and got a bonus from work on the 5 June of R14000 . I had planned to do a thank you party for my old man and left about R9000 in my account also informed my family about the decision . On 21st of June I pulled into a petrol station to fill up a car I had rented because I had a breakdown with mine tried swiping my card and it was declined only to discover my overdraft was cancelled without me being informed by my bank this cauesed so much embarrassment for me I'm even afraid to inform my family that I don't have the cash to do this thank you party for my old man. I went to Matlosan Mall branch t seek answers by no one could explain what was going on . On the 25 June 18 I got a message from my bank informing me that my overdraft was cancelled because it was issued in error , I seriously don't understand this and from such a big bank I find this very unprofessional.

Disappointed and thinking of taking my business somewhere else where I feel valued. Patrick Letjoko.
