OVER DEBITED ACCOUNT

I had an overdraft with ABSA days before the announcement of the country's lockdown whereby most of us were not getting income. Then after that we had an opportunity to work 2days a week of which it came to salary cuts and stuff. We were then asked to request covid relief payments pause that was done i sent the request letter to the ABSA head office. To my surprise now my account was handed over and i didn't have a problem with that since is been long enough. My worry is that we had an arrangement to repay the owing amount for 5 months which will be around R876 pm, but now every cent going there disappear on friday R1986 was deducted but our agreement was R876pm can someone please fix this. Had to buy food from the money you deducted since I'm no longer working permanent job, CAN YOU PLEASE TAKE WHAT WE AGREED ON AND LEAVE TGE REST.
