OVER CHARGES

I went under debt review over 2 years ago. My current account was one of the accounts place under the debt review. Went to branch to have account frozen/closed and inform that it can only be done once paid in full. Debt counselors was given a COB by bank, payment arrangements made and payment subsequently made by them as be agreement . Now two years later with no contact from bank until call received from Attorneys that account was handed over. What the hell!! And to top it off the amount owing is almost exactly similar to that given to Debt counselors???? What the hell!! How is this possible one goes under debt review and the bank gives information and after payments being made as per agreement, they come back with this??? Disgusting. Will be taking it further NCA and Ombusman
