Over charged for nothing

I visited absa branch in Bloemfontein regarding the admin fees that absa chages me and I wanted to know how do I get charged so much on admin fees they told me to call the call centre they are the ones who deal with this they offered me the phone so I could call. Wanted for 30minutes to speak to the available spoke to the agent he could explain what happened and I asked for 1 thing can’t we make arrangements regarding this over chargin because I’m in need of that money since I haven’t paid my rent and I knew nothing about me owing absa that much even in my statement it doesn’t show where this charges come from I believe I was robed by absa
