Over charged for management fees

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I have been a loyal Absa client for the past 8 years.<br> <br> I have a cheque account, Avios credit card and gold credit card.<br> <br> I am very upset on having being charged R195 per month for \management fees\" for the last three years. Upon inquiring at the branch at Benmore Gardens today I have been informed that a new fee structure has been in place for the past three years, according to my calculations that is R97 over charge x37months =R3589 in additional fees ?<br> <br> I don't think this is fair and would like to be recompensed. <br> <br> Regards<br> Christy<br> "
