Over 2 years on problems
Really dismal service from their client services. I lodged a complaint and tried to address an issue only to be handed over to lawyers.
Absa personnel "promise" to help and get the correct teams to contact you BUT in reality nothing gets saved on their systems, if it does it's not read for follow through and resulting in lawyers buying an account.
Large institutions = less client care
Now due to pandemic and being unemployed. Only 2 payments missed and YOU GET THE LAWYERS.
AND THEY SELL YOUR DETAILS TO THIRD PARTY COMPANIES FOR MARKETING HARASSMENT
