outstanding service from Maria Mokwena
Excellent service from Maria Action line department
I called Absa cancellation for my refund. I didnt get the refund i was promised. Spoke to the manager at the same department she never called me back.
Escalated the matter to their head office action line, i am very happy that now i got my whole money back. I am very happy she was very professional and apologetic for the whole bad experience.
