Outstanding service delivery by Keke Maleema ABSA Vehicle Financing

I only have compliments for Keke Maleema at ABSA Gauteng North. (Business Development Officer, AVAF personal Markets GN) In recent times, I found it very hard to cope with the poor service delivery by many service providers in South Africa. Earlier this month I wrote a review with a very poor rating on the product and service delivery of Jubilee Motors in Springs. It provides me GREAT pleasure to write a 5+ star rating about the outstanding services provided by Keke Maleema (Business Development Officer at ABSA Vehicle financing). Fortunately Keke was there to look after my financial requirements and to protect me from paying for products or services being slipped in to the General Offer to Purchase (GOTP). She also made me aware of the various additional products that can be provided by ABSA without making me feel guilty for not taking advantage of any of the other service offerings. I can truly attest to the fact that my financial interest was a priority to her. She did not release the funds to the dealership until such time that she confirmed with me that the OTP was 100% in order and to my satisfaction. She is professional in her service delivery and operates ethical in every given situation. She did not place the dealership in a bad light and in the same breath made me feel like her most important client at times when she engaged me telephonically and personally. Keke is extremely busy and sought after, but she follows up on client requests and calls in instances where she was unable to attend to those immediately. Keke was very well prepared when I signed my e-contract at ABSA. My personal and other details on the contract were 100% correct. She honoured her promise to negotiate a very good interest rate on my behalf. To top it all, Keke picked up errors on y financial profile at the credit bureau and took it on her shoulder to resolve that. She manages her time well by running her schedule in such a fashion that the next client also does not have to wait. She stays cool, calm, collective professional and friendly at all times. I truly appreciate her service delivery and attention to detail. Her financial services can be highly recommended to any person It is such a pleasure to deal with you Keke. Thank you for caring and I salute you for your professionalism. ABSA as a financial service provider should be very proud of you as I am sure you secure a lot of business for them.
