Outstanding letter of good standing form ABSA.

My father has passed away over a year now, and I have been trying to get his funeral policy to pay out, but I need a letter from ABSA saying that he is in good standing with the bank and that all his accounts have been paid in full. I have been to ABSA branch in Lyttelton and handed in all the paperwork that was requested of me. I have sent emails, but no reply.
