Outstanding Excess Refund

To Whom it May Concern<br> Sometime beginning of this year a car bumped into the back of my car during peak traffic. We went to the police station and a report was made and l contacted my insurance and they got my car sorted. On collecting my car l had to pay an excess amount as stated by my policy which l gladly did and l was told that the same would be claimed back from the other party's insurance since he was at fault. I have waited for months now and have not received a single cent despite having sent MANY emails to ABSA Idirect requesting for updates! It's funny how you never miss deducting my premium from my account monthly yet you are not able to meet your end of the policy obligation! I am more than disappointed with the lack of service that has been shown in the mishandling of this very simple matter! <br> <br> SHAME SHAME SHAME!<br> <br>
