I would like to commend and thank Phathisa Gwaza and her manager Gloria for their outstanding professionalism, commitment to their brand and customers.

They worked tirelessly and with more concern for my situation than I even had which is the kind of customer service and empathy you simply don't get these days and certainly do not expect.

I have been promised a lasting relationship in respect of my portfolio going forward, which I most certainly look forward.

I certainly hope that these two colleagues are well rewarded and kept motivated by way of incentives for their loyalty to the brand. They have a palpable camaraderie and boundless friendship centered on customer satisfaction - you feel like you have come home in their branch and as though you are part of a family.
