Outrageous bank fees

<p>I find the outrageous bank charges I am charged by ABSA a sinful shame.</p> <p>I noticed once they advertised a so-called Gold Package fee, so I read it with interest. I qualified for it, but were most certainly not charged that.</p> <p>I took it up with ABSA, who simply shrugged it off saying the information is in the public domain and it is up to the client to ensure he or she is charged correctly.</p> <p>Maybe I'm the only person not studying the ABSA website, but for me I access it to do a payment, a transfer or balance enquiry.</p> <p>To this day the fee I am charged monthly is simply disgusting</p>
