Good day
I have a query on my Absa vehicle loan
I skipped payments of which I do not dispute I remember try them to start debiting a little towards my account and the gentlemen by the name of Marcus refused.
I am now in serious debts they are even coming to attach my car without even sending me the summons
I was told that I am not allowed to pay the arrears amount but I need to settle my car for R349K
Please help as I need to pay the arrears amount and continue with my car instalments especially because I have not received their summons
