OTP pin
I have been to Absa today ans was for 2 and half hours in a queue. Just to be told that I cannot have a OTP send to two numbers. I have a SA number which I use when in SA and an Overseas number when overseas. ABSA could not help me in this regards Pathetic and unacceptable.
Provision should be made for clients who travel.

04 Jan 2023, 23:21Thank you ABSA for your reply. I was helped the very next morning by Russell. All my online banking is sorted as well as my OTP pin. I have made the suggestion that the people working in the bank should be trained to help customers with these queries or direct them to the right people who can help.

04 Jan 2023, 23:25I would also commend the lady at customer service at randridge ridge mall who helped me to make sure that my online banking and App is linked. You were great and is definitely an asset to ABSA. Your customer service were of high standard. If I ever go there again I will just ask for your service. You new exactly what to do and dis not want me to go before making sure that all my login ins and passwords and al work fine. Because of services like this one will recommend this branch to all.
