OSD money

Hello My name Joshefine Botha in March 2018 money must be paid in my account from the correctionel services. They paid it in my husbands account. Estate late account. My husband past away in 2017. The money must be in my account. Im waiting now 5 years. They are still busy with fica. How long must I wait. Theirs already R501.00 charges off. What must I do. Please help me. Im a widower and struggle.
