Original title deeds MIA

Myself and my father are struggling since April 2018 to get our original title deeds from Absa.

We were in contact with Janine Stilwaney who tried her very best to get this from their cancellations department and several emails were sent to ********** but up until today we have not received this or even a single call from someone there....We call them week after week, but no one could give a d@mn!

We need this urgently! I have sent another email today, but no acknowledgement!
