Original Enatis documents

Need my original enatis documents after have paid off the vehicle on the 5th of May 2022, consultant Pretty informed me my account was with their legal department for reasons she doesn't know and l also don't know, therefore contacted legal and spoke with Thabang who informed me my account is not with legal and the consultants l have been speaking with are lying, therefore am confused as to what is going and please l really need assistance here as l am looking on selling the paid off vehicle and also app**** for a new vehicle finance with Absa as the relationship that has developed has not been bad but this is frustrating as l am being sent back and forth, and no one is willing to inform me on why my account is with Absa legal department when all along l have been paying the account on time until the settlement date.
