OPENING OF A BANK ACCOUNT

We opened the account end of Aug15 and provided all the necessarry documents and on the 11 Sept 2015 we received an email on ABSA letterhead confirming that the account has been opened and when i went to deposit the money i was told that the account is not active due to unsigned constitution. i was very furious however when i sent Ms Vasti Stevens an email to obtain clarity and she only said that we had to submit a signed constitution and subsequent to that i submitted the signed constitution on the 15 Sep 2015 and todate Ms Stevens is not communicating to me and she totally disregard me emails. I also sent the same correspondence to [Email Removed] and still no action is happening to date. <br> <br> Kindly please assist as we are desperate to start transacting on the bank account.<br> <br> Regards<br> Seale Malapane
