Opening an Bank Business Bank Account 1 month Really

So when you apply for an bank account and you wait 2 weeks for vetting of things, the banker asks politely for the person in the other office to please assist her to ensure that the vetting of the NPC ect is done. We have an Bank account number but there is an block on it.... But clearly the person on is not assisting my banker after numerous calls and emails timeously enough to clear this block. This is not how an company should function, seemingly there is no team work in this regard. They add further requirements after the previous the whole time why cannot they ask all the things to the banker at once. The validation people are slowing the process.

Please refrain from working with ABSA since they are not looking for new customers only chasing the ones away they already have.
