OPENING A BUSINESS ACCOUNT AT ABSA IS A NIGHTMARE.

What utter *******, last week I called absa and ask which documents are needed to open a business account. I specifically asked what else would be required of me, I told the lady its rather urgent and she reassured me that all documents were correct and I should just go into absa bank they would assist me. Long story short, I went in during my lunch time I expected to be in there for 2 atleast hours top, to my dismay a lady (who actually forgot to return back to me) at brooklyn mall absa told me to setup an appointment and expect to sit for up to 3 hours TO OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT! they still using the old system and they are slow. ABSA PLEASE TEACH YOUR CONSULTANTS TO GIVE CORRECT DETAILS, IT WAS AN INCONVENIENCE AND WASTE OF MY TIME.
